The resident sends a visitor invitation from the My Estate Life app.

3. Linked Number plate Recognition
The vehicle’s number plate is captured and linked in the background. Number plate recognition cameras track the vehicle through the estate.
How it works
4. Zone & Route Control
The system knows which zones the visitor may access, such as a unit, healthcare centre or specific block. If the vehicle moves into an unauthorised area, security is alerted immediately.
5. Exit & Visit Completion
On exit, the number plate is recognised and the gate opens for a once in, once out visit, completing the access record for reporting and audit purposes.
